INGREDIENTS

Cream Cheese (250gr)(8oz)
1/2 c Sour cream
1/4 c Mayonnaise
1 c Seafood cocktail sauce
8 oz Shrimp, cooked, small
2 c Shredded mozzerella cheese
Green pepper, diced
3 x Green onion, sliced
Tomato, diced

INSTRUCTIONS

Beat together the cream cheese, sour cream and mayo. Spread over 12"
platter, sprinkle remaining ingredients over mixture in order given. Chill
at least 1 hour to blend flavors. Serve with crackers.
Served at Georges' staff party. She reserved a little mozzerella to
sprinkle on top. Looks very nice. Tastes great.
