INGREDIENTS
4 | c | Presifted All-purpose flour |
3 | c | Sugar |
2 | t | Baking soda |
1 1/2 | t | Salt |
1 | t | Baking powder |
1 | t | Ground cinnamon |
1 | t | Ground nutmeg |
1/2 | t | Ground cloves |
14 1/2 | oz | Can Pumpkin puree, not pie |

1 | c | Vegetable oil |
2/3 | c | Cold water |
4 | Eggs | |
1 | c Chocolate covered orange |
INSTRUCTIONS
~---------------------ADD--------------------------- : Peel, Coarsely chopped. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 2 loaf pans. Mix together in a large bowl the first 8 ingredients. In a second bowl blend together the pumpkin puree, oil and cold water. Add eggs beating well after each addition. Slowly add flour mixture to the pumpkin mixture. Blending well on a low/medium speed with mixer. Sir into mixture BY HAND - Coarsely chopped chocolate covered orange peel or Chocolate Chips if desired until evenly blended. Pour into greased and floured loaf pans. Bake 350 degrees approximately 1 hour or until tester comes out clean. Cool loaves in pans for 10-15 min. then remove and cool on wire rack.
