INSTRUCTIONS
These are from Southern Living 1995 Annual Recipes.
Cut carrots lenghtwise into thin strips. Gather strips into a bundle;
secure with a rubber band. Set bundle aside. Combine dip and coloring,
stirring well. Spoon onto plate. Place carrot strip bundle upright in
middle of plate. Tie raffia around bundle to conceal band. (18 appetizer
servings)
