INGREDIENTS
6 | Large cabbage leaves | |
1 | Egg, beaten | |
1/4 | c | Milk |
1/4 | c | Onion, minced |
1 | t | Salt |
1/4 | t | Black pepper |
1 | lb | Ground beef |
1 | c | Rice, cooked |
8 | oz | Tomato sauce |
1 | T | Brown sugar |
1 | T | Lemon juice |
1 | t | Worcestershire sauce |
INSTRUCTIONS
CABBAGE ROLLS: Boil cabbage leaves until limp. Combine egg, milk, onion, salt, pepper, beef and cooked rice. Divide into 6 portions. Place each portion into a cabbage leaf, fold in sides and roll over. Place in slow cooker pot. SAUCE: Combine tomato sauce, brown sugar, lemon juice and worcestershire sauce. Pour over cabbage rolls in slow cooker pot. Cover and cook on low 7 to 9 hours.
