Crushed walnuts (I buzz mine in the coffee grinder) |
INSTRUCTIONS
Cream butter, add sugar, egg yolk and flour. Roll into balls and then roll
balls into crushed walnuts. Make indentation in middle with thimble or
finger. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. About halfway through the
baking, put jam into the hole and finish baking.
