INSTRUCTIONS
TO SERVE
1. Whisk grapeseed oil and vinegar in a bowl. Pour over mushrooms. Cover
and leave to marinate for about 2 hours.
2. Stir in remaining ingredients and toss lightly together.
3. Serve with granary rolls.
