INGREDIENTS

1 T Vegetable oil
1 Fresh 'n' Ready Chinese
Style Stir-fry
1/2 Bottle fresh sweet and sour
sauce

INSTRUCTIONS

Heat the oil in a wok or saucepan.  Add the stir-fry vegetables and
stir-fry over a high heat for 2  minutes.  Add the sauce and stir-fry
for a further minute.  Serve immediately.  Converted by MC_Buster.
NOTES : Crisp Chinese vegetables in a sweet and sour sauce.  Converted
