1/2 | c | Chopped celery |
1/4 | Green pepper, chopped | |
1 | Tomato, cubed | |
1 | c | Pineapple, cubed |
Sweet and sour sauce |
INSTRUCTIONS
Cook pork chops until well done. Saute celery and pepper until tender but still somewhat crisp. Add tomato and pineapple. Cook 1 minute. Place pork chops on platter.
