INSTRUCTIONS
1 Pour the white wine and vinegars into a small pan and reduce down over a
high heat. Stir in the sugar, tomato sauce, Chinese cooking wine, chives,
lemon grass and cook for a further minute. Add the cornflour mixture, boil
until thickened and serve.
