INSTRUCTIONS
Heat grill. In small pan, combine all glaze ing, blending well. Cook over
medium heat until mixture boils and thickens, stirring constantly.
alternately thread sausage, apples, and peppers on 5 12" skewers Grill over
med hi gas heat or 4-6 inches from coals. Cook 4 mins. Brush with glaze,
turn, brush again. Cook 4 mins more. Serve with remaining glaze.
