1 1/2 | c | Water |
1 | Ginger | |
2 | T | Flour |
1 | t | Salt |
1 | Clove garlic, crushed | |
1 | T | Soy sauce |
1 | c | Brown sugar |
2/3 | c | Cider vinegar |
3 | T | Oil |
INSTRUCTIONS
Cut ribs into 1-1/2" pieces. Sprinkle with soy sauce and flour, mix gently. Heat oil, then add garlic and ginger. Brown ribs; drain fat. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 45 minutes.
