INGREDIENTS

1 Cabbage — med-size
3 tb Sugar
1 ts Salt
3 tb Vinegar
2 tb Butter
Cut cabbage in narrow
Wedges
Cut cabbage in narrow

INSTRUCTIONS

until tender.  Stir in butter.              Combine sugar and vinegar. Pour
over cabbage and heat thoroughly. Makes 6 - 8 servings.
