INSTRUCTIONS
In a saucepan combine vinegar, sugar, tomato sauce, flour, red pepper and
salt. Bring mixture to a boil. Simmer for 2 to 3 minutes, or until slightly
thickened. Transfer to a bowl and stir in scallion and coriander.
