INSTRUCTIONS
Combine cranberry sauce, barbecue sauce, lemon juice & dry mustard. Beat
with whisk until smooth.
Combine beef, potatoes, onion, egg whites, worcestershire sauce & 1/4 cup
cranberry sauce mixture. Shape into 8 oval loaves about 3/4 inch thick.
Place on roasting rack that has been sprayed with Pam & spoon half of the
remaining sauce over loaves. Bake at 400F for 15 minutes. Spoon on
remaining sauce & bake an additional 15 minutes.
