INSTRUCTIONS
Saute the onions in 3 tbsp olive oil. When onions begin to carmelize,
squeeze the juice of half a lemon over them and continue to reduce the
liquid. In an oven-proof bowl, mix 3 tbsp olive oil, the juice of half a
lemon, the balsamic vinegar, sugar, kosher salt, pepper and garlic. Add the
sauteed onions to the mixture and let set in a warm oven for 5 to 10
minutes.
NOTES : This is great over with corned beef and also really adds some
pizazz to plain ol' hot dogs! =)

A Message from our Provider:
“Let Him therefore send and do what He will. By His grace, if we are His, we will face it, bow to it, accept it, and give thanks for it. God’s Providence is always executed in the ‘wisest manner’ possible. We are often unable to see and understand the reasons and causes for specific events in our lives, in the lives of others, or in the history of the world. But our lack of understanding does not prevent us from believing God. #Don Fortner”
