50 | g | Icing Sugar } Mixed |
50 | g | Cinnamon } Together |

INSTRUCTIONS
Place two sheets of filo pastry together by brushing one sheet with vegetable oil and laying the second on top. Cut out six circles and brush oil onto one side. Place 25g of cheese inside each circle and fold over to make a pastie. Repeat with other two sheets of filo and remaining cheese. Deep fry until hot oil until light brown.
