INSTRUCTIONS
Beat until creamy, cottage cheese, cream cheese, butter & sugar. Add Eggs
one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Add vanilla to milk & blend
in along with sour cream, & nutmeg. Add Noodles, & pour into a deep
casserole dish that has been sprayed lightly with cooking spray. Top with
crushed cinnamon crackers to completely coat the top. Bake@ 350º 3/4 to 1
hour.
