Russian Sauces 2 Servings

INGREDIENTS

1 Env. Onion Soup Mix
8 oz (1 C) Salad Dressing *
20 oz (1 Jar) Apricot Preserves

INSTRUCTIONS

*     Choose one of the following Salad Dressings: Russian or Sweet 'n'
Spicy French.
In small bowl, blend all ingredients.  Use as a glaze for chicken,
spareribs, kabobs, hamburgers or frankfurters.  Brush on during the last
half of cooking.
Makes about 2 1/2 C glaze
