INGREDIENTS

6 c Water
2 ts Boking soda
2 c Raw peanuts (up to)
1 c Brown sugar

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Heat water to lukewarm; then stir in baking soda.
2. Add raw peanuts and bring to a boil. Then simmer, covered, until
completely softened (about 1-1/2 hours).
3. Add brown sugar and cook, stirring, until dissolved. Serve hot, in small
bowls.
