INGREDIENTS

3 md Sweet potatoes; cooked; peeled and sliced
2 lg Apples; unpeeled and thinly
1/3 c Golden raisins
1/4 c Almonds; toasted and chopped
2 tb Butter; or margarine; melted
1/3 c Brown sugar; packed
1/2 c Quick cooking oats
2 ts Lemon peel; grated

INSTRUCTIONS

1. In a large bowl, combine sweet potatoes, apples, raisins and almonds. 2.
Spoon into a shallow 1 1/2 quart greased baking dish. 3. In a small bowl,
combine butter, brown sugar, oats and lemon peel; sprinkle over sweet
potato mixture. 4. Bake uncovered at 350 deg for 35 minutes or until apples
are tender.
NOTE: Can be used instead of sweet potatoes SOURCE: TASTE OF HOME Magazine;
