INGREDIENTS

1 lb Yams or sweet potatoes; sliced 1/8" thick
2 tb Safflower oil
2 tb Spicy vegetable seasoning like Mrs. Dash
2 tb Garlic salt
1 ts Paprika

INSTRUCTIONS

Place sliced potatoes in a bowl, sprinkle with oil and mix thoroughly.
Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a non-stick baking sheet and
sprinkle with vegetable seasoning and garlic salt. Bake for 12-15 minutes
in a preheated 450F oven unitl nicely browned. Serve immediately.
