INGREDIENTS
| 2 | c | Mashed sweet potatoes |
| 1 1/2 | c | Butter |
| 4 | Eggs | |
| 3 | c | Flour |
| 1 1/2 | c | Sugar |
| 2 | ts | Soda |
| 2 | ts | Cinnamon |
| 2 | ts | Baking powder |
| 1/4 | ts | Nutmeg |
| 1 | c | Nuts; roasted |
| 1 | ts | Vanilla |
| 4 | oz | Semi-sweet chocolate; melted |
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Prepare an 8 inch tube pan. Cream butter, sugar and eggs. Add sweet potatoes and vanilla. Sift dry ingredients. Add to creamed mixture. Add nuts and chocolate.
