INSTRUCTIONS

Peel and finely grate potatoes. In bowl, mix with eggs and flour. Add
sugar, salt and raisins. Mixture will be loose. Spray large frying pan. Add
oil and fry until lightly browned on both sides. Enjoy!!

My kids inhaled these. It was a nice and surprising change from "regular"
latkes. I think the article accompanying the recipe said that it came from
some new Russian immigrants.
