INSTRUCTIONS
Heat oven to 350. Mix potatoes with milk. Add butter, yolks, sugar,
salt & spices & beat until light & fluffy. Blend in pineapple. Beat
whites until stiff & fold into potato mixture. Pour mixture into
shell. Sprinkle with cinnamon & bake 45 minutes. Serve warm.
