INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat the oven to 200C/400F/gas 6. Bake the sweet potatoes in the
oven for about an hour, or until cooked. Meanwhile, combine all the
cream ingredients together and set aside. Serve the potatoes, cut
open, topped with a dollop of chilli cream, scattered with coriander
