INSTRUCTIONS
Arrange potatoes and apricots in layers with brown sugar.
Melt the margarine in apricot liquid; add orange rind. Pour over the
potatoes.
Bake at 375 uncovered for 45 minutes.
Sprinkle with nuts before serving.
