INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 350°. Brown pork chops in oil. Place in baking dish.
Combine all other ingredients except onion and green pepper in a saucepan
and bring to boil. Cook for 2 minutes. Pour thickened sauce over pork chops
and top with onion and green pepper. Bake covered for 1 1/2-2 hours until
chops are tender. Serves 4.
*Apple cider vinegar can be used.
