INGREDIENTS
4 | Boneless pork chops, thawed | |
2 | T | Peanut oil |
2 | T | Cornstarch |
1/2 | t | Salt |
1/4 | c | Brown sugar |
1/4 | c | Salad vinegar* |
1 | c | Pineapple juice |
1 | T | Soy sauce |
1 | Onion, sliced | |
1 | Green pepper, cubed | |
1 1/2 | hours until chops are tender. Serves 4. |
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 350°. Brown pork chops in oil. Place in baking dish. Combine all other ingredients except onion and green pepper in a saucepan and bring to boil. Cook for 2 minutes. Pour thickened sauce over pork chops and top with onion and green pepper. Bake covered for *Apple cider vinegar can be used.
