Dairy Basics 14 Oz

INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 c Instant nonfat dry milk
1 c Sugar, plus
2 tb Sugar
1/2 c Boiling water
4 1/2 tb Butter; melted, cooled slightly

INSTRUCTIONS

1.  In blender -  Mix the dry milk and sugar together and then slowly add
the boiling water.  Stir in the melted butter.
2.  Whip until smooth
3.  Store in refrigerator for 1 week, or freeze for up to 6 months
Fat Free - omit the butter - I usually do and really can't tell a
difference.
