Ingredients: 1/2 lb Feta cheese; 1/2 lb Ricotta cheese; 6 tb Softened butter; 1 Clove garlic; crushed; 1 tb Dill; chopped; 2 tb Parsley; chopped

INGREDIENTS

1/2	lb	Feta cheese
1/2	lb	Ricotta cheese
6	tb	Softened butter
1		Clove garlic; crushed

INSTRUCTIONS

Process feta until finely crumbled. Add herbs and garlic and process. Add
ricotta and butter.  Blend until smooth.

NOTES : Chopped walnuts, black olives or scallions may be added.
