INSTRUCTIONS
Cook and stir ground beef in skillet until brown; drain. Stir in beans,
tomato sauce, taco or picante sauce, chili powder, and garlic powder. Heat
to boiling. Place tortilla chips in ungreased casserole dish. Top with beef
mixture. Spread with sour cream. Sprinkle with onions, tomato, and cheese.
Cook uncovered in 350 degree oven until hot and bubbly, about 20-30
minutes. Arrange whole tortilla chips around edge of casserole. Serve with
shredded lettuce, and taco sauce, if desired.
