Salsa; (thick salsa is best I use Pace), up to 1 |

Cheese; grated, (I use Sargento 4 cheese Mexican blend), up to 2 |

Green onions; sliced, up to 1 |
1/2 |

Lettuce; chopped, up to 1 |
1/2 |

Tomato; seeded and chopped, up to 1 |
1/4 |

Black olives; chopped or sliced, up to 1/2 |
INSTRUCTIONS
Cook the ground beef until it is no longer pink. Drain. Add the taco
seasoning and water and simmer for 5 minutes until mixture has thickened.
Bake your favorite pizza crust at 425 degrees for 5 - 10 minutes until it
just begins to brown. Remove from oven and spread with salsa. Top with the
ground beef mixture and bake for another 5 - 10 minutes until the crust
edge is lightly browned. Top with cheese and return to oven until the
cheese has melted. Remove from oven and top with onions, lettuce, tomato
and olives. Serve with additional salsa, sour cream and guacamole if
desired.
