INGREDIENTS

12 c Swiss chard, finely chopped
1 c Onion, chopped
1/2 c Cilantro, chopped
1/2 c Salad oil
1 t Sweet paprika
Salt & pepper
1/4 c Raw rice

INSTRUCTIONS

Place chard in the casserole with the onion, cilantro, oil, paprika,
salt, pepper & 1/4 c water.  Cook, covered, 30 minutes. Add the rice  &
continue cooking until all the liquid has been evaporated, about 20
minutes. Serve warm.
