INGREDIENTS

1 | 250 gram pac fresh egg | |

250 | g | Large tiger prawns, 8oz |
INSTRUCTIONS
Heat the oil in a saucepan, add the onion and cook for 4-5 minutes until softened. Add the stock and cream, bring to the boil and simmer gently for 5 minutes. Stir in the tomatoes and basil and cook for a further minute. Cook the tagliatelle following pack instructions. Meanwhile, melt the butter in a saucepan, add the garlic and prawns and cook for 3-4 minutes. Add to the cooked and drained tagliatelle and stir in the sauce. Toss together and cook for 1-2 minutes, until heated through thoroughly. Transfer to a warmed serving plate. Converted by MC_Buster.
