INSTRUCTIONS
Heat the oil in a large pan and fry the shallots or onions for 5 minutes. Add the courgettes and pepper and cook for a further 5 minutes. Add the sun-dried tomato sauce and olives. Meanwhile, cook the pasta following instructions on the pack. Drain the pasta quickly then add to the tomato mixture with the fresh basil leaves and seasoning to taste. Transfer to a warmed serving dish, garnish with sprigs of basil and serve immediately. Converted by MC_Buster.
