400 g Fresh bean curd in clear
water
2 Cloves crushed garlic
2 T Oyster sauce
2 T Water
1 T Oil
1 t Cornflour

INSTRUCTIONS

Heat the oil and fry the garlic. Add the bean curd and fry for 1
minute.  Add the oyster sauce and mix the water with cornflour. Boil
