INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 400. Brown turkey in oil, add onion and garlic to center of
pan and saute until tender. Add tomato sauce, corn, chili powder, cumin,
salt & pepper. Simmer 8 minutes. Add chilies & can of chili & beans. Stir
together. Spoon mixture into 2-3 quart shallow baking dish. Stir muffin mix
with eggs, milk & bell pepper. Pour over chili mixture. Bake 10 minutes.
Approximately 12-15 minutes.
