INSTRUCTIONS
Cut skin on chicken diagonally at 1/2 inch intervals.
Combine oil and next 5 ingredients in a heavy-duty zip-top plastic bag;
seal and chill 2 hours, turning occasionally.
Remove chicken from marinade, reserving marinade. Place chicken on a
lightly greased rack in a broiler pan; drizzle evenly with reserved
marinade.
Bake at 375°F for 40 minutes or until done. Broil 3 inches from heat (with
electric oven door partially open) 2 minutes on each side or until crisp.
