INGREDIENTS

1/4 c Chopped peeled fresh ginger
1/4 c Chopped onion
1/4 c Chopped celery
1/4 c Water
3 tb White vinegar
3 tb Vegetable oil
2 tb Lemon peel, finely chopped
2 tb Tomato paste
1/2 ts Sugar

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine all ingredients in blender. Blend on high until smooth, about 2
minutes. Season dressing to taste with salt and pepper.
