INGREDIENTS
1/2 | Fresh tarragon, stemmed | |
1 | t | Minced garlic |
1 1/2 | T | Dijon mustard |
1/2 | t | Minced lemon zest |
1/3 | c | Fresh lemon juice |
1 | t | Fresh ground black pepper |
1/2 | t | Green or pink peppercorns |
2 | t | Nutritional yeast |
1 | t | Sea salt |
1/3 | c | Light olive oil |
1/8 | c | Hazelnut or walnut oil |
INSTRUCTIONS
In a blender, combine all the ingredients except the oils. Add the olive oil and blend. With the blender running, add the remaining oil. Fat Free Alternative: Delete the salt and oils.
