INSTRUCTIONS
Flake fish with a little of the liquid it was cooked in, add flour,
seasoning and eggs. Add sufficient milk to make a soft consistency. Heat
oil until hot, drop in Tbs. of the mixture. Fry until golden brown. These
will puff up really well. Serve very hot with mashed potatoes and peas.
