INGREDIENTS

3 oz Softened cream cheese
1 Stick butter or margarine
1 c Flour
1/4 t Salt
1 c Brown sugar
1 Egg
2 T Soft butter/margarine
1 t Vanilla
2/3 c Ground nuts, almonds

INSTRUCTIONS

Notes: By Stacy Wolfe, Lehighton Area HS. The Times News, PA  Mix
ingredients for crust. Divide dough into 12 equal balls. Put 1 in  each
divider of cupcake pan. Shape with fingers into little crusts.  Mix
ingredients for filling. Place filling in the little crusts and  bake
approximately 30 minutes at 350°. Makes 1 dozen cupcake size  nut
