INSTRUCTIONS
Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until light and fluffy. Add melted
chocolate and vanilla; mix well. Chill for several hours. Shape into 1-inch
balls. Roll in cocoa, powdered sugar, chopped nuts, or colored sugar to
coat; chill. 48 servings.
