INSTRUCTIONS
Saute onion and garlic in vegetable oil until tender. Stir in remaining
ingredients and bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat and simmer
for 10 minutes. (Makes about two cups)
NOTES : Ideal for chicken, pork, and beef.
