INSTRUCTIONS
Mix soy sauce, sugar, vinegar, oil, garlic and ginger to make marinade.
Freeze meat in marinade in 1 gallon freezer bag. When preparing to serve,
thaw meat. Pour chicken or beef and marinade into a baking dish. Bake in
preheated oven 350, for 35 minutes. Prepare rice. Serve over rice.
NOTE: Same as above. Origianlly a once a month cooking recipe. To prepare
same day, just marinate in fridge for several hours. We prefer the beef,
but both are very good.
