INGREDIENTS

5 Boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (up to 6)
1/2 sm Onion, chopped
1/4 c Soy sauce
1/4 c Brown sugar
1/2 ts Ground ginger
1 Clove garlic, minced
1 tb Dry sherry

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix everything except chicken; pour over chicken in crock pot. Cook on low
for 5-6 hours.
