INSTRUCTIONS
TERIYAKI GLAZE
Place each pork loin slice on its cut surface and flatten with heel of hand
to 1/2" thickness.
Combine salt, and pepper; sprinkle evenly over pork slices. Heat oil in
large, heavy non-stick skillet over medium-low heat. Add pork and
distribute onions and garlic around meat. Cook slowly 5 minutes; turn
and cook slowly 4-5 minutes more.
In a small saucepan, combine teriyaki glaze ingredients and pour over pork
slices. Simmer a couple minutes, and remove. Top with green onions and
serve.
You can increase this recipe to serve large parties.
