INSTRUCTIONS
DRESSING
In salad bowl, toss together salad ingredients. In a small bowl, combine
dressing ingredients. Pour over salad and toss. Using a slotted spoon,
arrange mixture on lettuce leaves. Garnish with red pepper strips.
