INGREDIENTS

1 c Soy sauce
3 Cloves garlic
1/2 c Oil
1 tb Fresh ground ginger
3 tb Brown sugar
2 tb Wine

Smash the garlic.  I use red wine for beef, white wine for chicken.
Marinate the meat for 4 hours up. Baste the meat with the sauce while
cooking.
