INGREDIENTS

1/2 c Soy Sauce
1/4 c Mirin
8 ts Sake
4 ts Sugar
16 oz Water Chestnuts
2/3 c Green Onions; Thin Slice
3 tb Sesame Seed; Toasted
1/8 ts Fresh Ginger; Minced

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix all ingredients - heat to dissolve sugar. Cornstarch may be used to
thicken slightly; green onions and/or water chestnut may be added for
